As many as I can fabricate
Put a ramp under the front of the driver rear tire, and drive up it. If the front left tries to lift, stand on the tire and bounce.
Good luck, and God be with you.
And I'm very serious. Twist it back into shape.

Okay here is a solution that works for me... Kinda unpractical... but hey.. Put your full size spare in the back right of your bed (passenger side). You will notice how even the stock spare location is more towards the driver side. I found this helps compensate for the fuel tank location and pulls the driver front up a bit.
    My Truck 2021 TRD OR
5100 all around and set the front to position #2 (.65 inch lift).
P265/75r16 tires / TRD Pro wheels
    tank 5/8 full
I also have Avid OffRoad Nerfbars that look like rock sliders ( 35 lbs each)
    Toyota heavy ass bed mat
    Tri-fold tonneau cover
Post change (note I am plus sized on the tires/ so sub 1/2 inch for stockish numbers)
    DF: 36.250 PF: 36.250
    DR: 36.600 PR: 36.500

    Cheers!

Is the “lean” an intention twist in the chassis from the factory so the chassis sits flat (and suspension equally loaded side to side) when it’s under torsional load from the engine? If so many other vehicles do this, it must be intentional.

If you want a Semi truck in a tractor pull, the driver side front wheel will lift off the ground due to the torque of the engine.

The Tacoma was an afterthought for the American Market. It has always been engineer off the Hilux (right side driver vehicle). When brought to the states.. and continued engineering to the states they never moved the components from the left side of the vehicle to compensate for a left side driver (fuel tank and transmission being the big ones).

    It is what it is...

Not sure if it has been mentioned or not, but I literally don't understand why this is commonly referred to as the "taco lean." Literally every vehicle I've ever owned has done this to a degree. Most of the time you just won't notice it unless you're looking for it or measuring it. The truck doesn't weigh the same on every corner and you add a lot of weight to one side. The suspension is naturally going to settle and wear a little faster on that side.

Where’s a good place to get spacers? My truck has dropped 1” on my drivers side. I’m looking at doing the whole suspension soon, because I believe it’s at least 10 years old.

Those who don't like the lean: is the problem purely aesthetics/vanity? Or is there some worry of structural issues, i.e. differing wear on tires, shocks, etc.?

buy a shim for whatever side needs to be raised. Goes between the axle and the leaf pack. Also check to make sure your u-bolts are long enough to secure the shim in place, you might need to purchase longer ones to accommodate.
