What are you complaining about? The Leafs are getting tub thumped. I thought your TV would be covered in spooge.

On that, I'mma going to go do something else. Looks like this team checked out after beating the Oilers (no great accomplishment but I guess in the room it must of felt like the Stanley Cup) and the goaltenders couldn't stop a puck if we played both of them at the same time. Time to tune out until the next rebuild.

Looks down at the guppy fan whose 11.5 million dollar player only has 9 points and is whining about not wanting to be on a rebuilding team.

Meanwhile our 11 million dollar player is at 22 points and playing great and taking rookie defenders under his wing.

so what are the cut outs on the other side used to measure? We always just used a dime I think...like, put a dime standing up on the dasher, lay the blade on the dasher and if it could fit underneath the deepest curve of the stick, it was illegal...granted, this was college intramurals and then adult league in the early 90's

Widths. Width of player blade, width of goalie blade, length of blade, etc etc. They were a catch all tool for calling a penalty that didn't make sense.

A dime was slightly off the actual stick gauge measurement but close enough to at least tell, as a player, if your butyl torch curve job was too much.

Hey it was cool that Joey Daccord got his first win. Who knows maybe he can take the reigns and help the Sens not give up 8 goals per night lol.

It's much easier to win when the guy across from you spots you two within 7 seconds in the first.

Didn't get to see the game but true. That being said, when Ottawa plays how they normally do, that's not such a tough task for the Leafs to overcome, if they bring their game lol.
