The spare key fob that came with my 2019 has a 5-number, stamped aluminum tab attached to the key ring. Could this be the lock number???

    Lots, straight from the factory.
Twelve point socket that is slightly smaller than the external diameter of the locking lug. Hammer it on with a dead blow (sand hammer) or whatever. Use a manual breaker bar. (Impact driver will break it off the nut that’s why you break it free with a manual breaker bar).

Repeat on other wheels and replace with proper lugs.

This is how a couple guys stole a set of forged wheels from me.

I've used that when I couldn't find my key before, worked well.

That's probably just for the key fob.

My 2021 TRDOR DCSB was ordered with wheel locks which were put on by Toyota, but made by McGard. In my owners manual packet there were the registration cards for both the wheel locks and my spare tire lock. I registered them immediately so that if I ever lost my paperwork, McGard would be able to sell me a new key. You might start with McGard for suggestions on what to do.
