New member here... I’ve been reading posts for years. It is beyond time for me to sign up.
Here’s a question for you folk, if you might be willing and able to help:)
I’ve had ARB bumpers on 3 different Toyota’s including my last truck (2012Tundra). I’m sold on them and would like to put one on the 2021 Taco. ARB said that the last bumper that has been made for the Taco is a 2019. My question are might I put the 2019 on my 2021? What might my issues be?
Help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

    Thanks!
I called ARB USA. They said it wouldn't work; and it is probably electrical... I want to be dang sure before I spend the cash and cut the stock bumper.

There's better ones out there. I'd start at SSO.

This may or may not apply to your potential purchase(s). I have noticed several bumper manufacturers noting/stating that some of Toyota's electronic safety features will NOT work if their bumpers are installed on a newer Tacoma. This apparently has to do with various sensors that are in/near the stock plastic bumpers. Specifically mentioned is the Blind Spot Monitor, which will be disabled. Being an old fart, I find these safety features useful, and do not wish to have them disabled. Consequently, I stopped looking at bumpers for our 2021 Pro for awhile. Perhaps some manufacturer will someday produce bumpers that can co-exist with the safety features. Until then, no aftermarket bumpers for me.

I've looked at SSO. No doubt they are nice! I hit a 10 point at 60mph a few years ago. There was a small scuff and a tiny bit of blood and hair left on the bumper. I'm an ARB guy..

I'm also a fan of the safety features and want to keep them:)

Why do your tires look so odd shaped?

What a weird thing to photo shop. Who photoshops the cheap tires on? Lol

285/75 16's about 600 miles. I love the tires. I had the same ones, although larger on my Tundra. Perhaps the picture isn't great. I'm no photographer.

Does anyone have a '21 with an ARB bumper?

    I also have the falkens
They are just on the cheap side and I thought it was funny to photoshop-flex with a cheaper tire.

I like the c4 high clearance bumper

I wasn’t trying to be mean, probably just my army green envy
    . Nice truck.
The arb one sticks out super super far from the truck. Check out the c4 hybrid bumper.

    Check build thread!
I think it's actually just lense vibration that older phones would suffer from.

The Blind Spot Monitor only applies to the rear bumper.
I would guess that the ARB bumper has parts that would block the sensors in the grille.

I think ARBs are awesome. Unfortunately Id bet good money that you will have lots of issues with all the safety crap the gov't is making manufactures put on. Cant say for sure as I do not have a 3rd gen, but Id bet thats the reason right there

The camera moved when the pic was taken..

I waited 3 months for that green! i'm getting older, might as well get what I want. I've looked at the C4. Will all sensors and the airbag work with it? I've been told, wrongly perhaps, that the ARB is the only bumper that works with the airbag sensors.
