Unless it's public roads and approvals from private land owners.... i'm doubtful. There might be something here or there but you're in "only locals know" territory.

If you think looking for crown around those parts that you could tackle, there isn't any. Basically draw a line from Port Severn to Peterborough to Perth to Ottawa, everything south of that is private land. (might be a few patches here and there but i doubt you can access those easily)

Does said house have enough garage space to put in a 2-post offset lift? :stirthepot:

Update to my switch pod project.

Still need to wire in the hazard switch, and finish up the relay box.

    No :smash:

Garage on site is about big enough to park in with room for tools/motorcycle on the side. BUT it has enough property to be rebuilt bigger

In city limits, house square footage dictates how large said garage can be.

    You probably already know this.

Hey bud, you’re really close to me in Shelburne. From that Pine River parking lot, you’re 3 mins from an epic No Winter Maintenance tour.
First time I took my wife wheelin’, I got horribly stuck....she laughed her ass off. Glad your trip was less eventful.

I did not! This is outside North Bay city limits so I think I'm good...but I will have to read some zoning docs now..

Not who I'm thinking of then because he's down here in Sarnia. Outskirts of the Bay eh? Redbridge, Powassan, Corbeil? or countless other places... I'm originally from there but moved out back in '86.
