I only got 60 miles on the ultimate daily .also I reset my LV and AT . I'll be putting 100 miles on tune tomorrow when I head to work that's gonna be the real test to me, there will be hills and flats and hwy speeds few steep hills

I've made a few more tweaks to mine tune and it drives so damn good. Bashing through snow at 6800 rpms is a blast!

So far yeah definitely like 1st thru 3rd great shifts, but at 45 it was hanging in 4th till I got to 50mph I was expecting to be able to have 5th for cruising at 45 but I'm not sure that's logical for some ummm really it could be that I reset the LV and AT I'm gonna run it more few tanks of fuel I get like 345 mi to 370 mi a tank as of now . My run to work one way is 55 mi I would really like to see results on 200+ mi run see what mpg be like. But when I go on my trip depending on what tune I run I'll have my laptop with me on our trip just can't get to distracted on here wife will not go for it I'm suppose to be on vacation lmao

@Mooseditty17 day 2 and I no longer have an ECT dependency! I have never had the truck perform to this level. MPG still subjective but so far they are also promising.

Oh my. I just finished the break-in on 5.29's and now this. I am thirsty. I've been running kreg's kruiser 4.0 and it is pretty sweet.

I did the straight copy-paste, including the high and low speed interpolation maps, and have been really happy. Sounds like folks who have gone the other routes are happy as well.

The thing is, is that it seems the software algorithm uses different maps depending on driving situation. That results in the inconsistent and unpredictable shifting that drives people up the wall. By making the maps identical, you take away the trucks ability to shift differently at different times. Now shifting is predictable, and you control the shifts with the pedal.

So I wouldn't get hung up on whether its best to copy-paste, or to average. The key thing is to make the maps the same. As far as the interpolation maps, if you are leery of modifying them, leave them be. If after a few tanks of fuel you still notice some unpredictable shifting, then think about modifying them.
