I recently installed raptor grille lights to my 2020 Offroad using an add a fuse and no matter which port I connect to the fuse to the lights stay on no matter whether the truck is on or off. Not sure what could be the issue or how to resolve, please help.

Which Taco lights and fuse are you using?

I ask because I have the Cali Raised LED Taco Lights and notice that they come on when my truck is off. Contacted them and was told that the EFI 3 fuse will get power when your truck performs an evap system check. It does this every once in a while so that is why they may randomly go on.

Don’t add a circuit to a hot fuse. Only add it to a fuse that is on when the engine is on. Try the low beam fuse.

The DRL fuse is always hot I believe. Low beam would be a better location.

There are harness's to be used with DRL but not in an add a fuse application that I've seen

You are correct. I check with the meter when I install mine. The DRL and fog light fuse is always hot. You need tap the DRL wire to connect.
I use low beam and add fuse.

You can wire them to the INJ fuse. The raptor lights will turn on when you put the truck in accessory mode or when the engine is on. raptor lights will not turn back on for that evap thing

Ah yeah, maybe the angle of the pic made it seem small compared to the rear end of the truck.
    Nice bike though!

The problem with using the low beam is that the raptor lights will only come on with the low beams. So if you just switch the stalk to DRL or parking lights, you won't have raptor lights. The best way (IMO) is to wire them to be powered from both the DRL and Parking light circuit, that way they come on with the DRL circuit, but stay on when the DRL circuit shuts off for the low beams (and it does, you'll notice the DRLs actually dim when you turn on the headlights, this is because the DRL circuit turns off, and the light is now being driven by the parking circuit). I could whip you up a simple harness if you wanted. Just shoot me a PM. I also don't mind explaining how to make one, but you'll have to do some soldering :)

Please post how to make the harness. Soldering is no issue for me.

    we want to seen it.
I don’t want tap into the factory wires, so low beam is most easy way to connect with add fuse
