I returned the Beofeng 5VR and ordered a BTECH GMRS-V1. I don't know what happened but the unit I received didn't match the printed owner's manual or the manual download from Beofeng. This seems to have better documentation.

Believe me the cutoff amount would be much more comfy in UT than it is here in CA

They definitely don't take cost of living in consideration when determining the restrictions lol. I'm sure that would just make it overly complicated though
