Went to Big Bob Gibson’s BBQ yesterday in Decatur, AL and got a 1/2 a smoked chicken, baked beans and potato salad to go. Awesome food!!!
If your ever travelling through N. AL on I-65 it’s definitely worth the detour. Go to the original 6th Av location.

Bro, I wouldnt have made you eat by yourself if you just let me know lol. If you are ever really hungry, the stuffed potatoes are a good call... But they are about the size of a football so either bring your appetite or a buddy

I used to drive by it twice a day and when the weather was nice, it was almost torture smelling that pecan smoke with my windows down...

    Honestly, I’ve never been there.

I’ll have to check it out someday when I’m in Decatur.

Trying over the top chili. Might be some On Point on it. I don't have any Vampire Rub to try. @bvbull200

A little too much chili seasoning, not enough liquid. Both easily fixed next time. There will be a next time.
About 7 hours from start to eat. Worth it.

Exactly what I did. :) Did you post the recipe? I don't remember where I got it, and I didn't follow it exactly. Kinda part my usual recipe and that one together. If that was your chili recipe,:drool:

Easy peasy. Slit with a knife from the center to the bottom edge. Make four piles of food. Breakfast food works real good too.

If you are left handed, fold from the right side. ;)
