Do you happen to know if this will fit a DCLB?

Its design for a DCLB. I had to cut to fit my DCSB.Its a super easy install roughly took about 15 mins.

sorry for resurrecting an old thread -- i was wondering if you've been able to run this with an oversized spare w/o issues? I have 285/75/17 that I can fit underneath (once I removed the side brackets that hold original spare in place) but I cut the exhaust right at the axle and the exhaust gas would dump on the spare which I'm not OK with. Thinking about having my local exhaust shop rig something like this up if my tire could fit

You could always just get a little heat shield for right by the tire if you're dead set on the exhaust dump location

All good, that's what these threads are for.

I've got a 285/70/17 under there now. Just bend those little stability brackets out a little bit.

awesome, thanks! i'm hopeful I can get this done. do you have any issues with the heat from the tail pipe being so close? even though the exhaust isn't dumping on it I imagine the tail pipe still gets pretty hot? also, did you add anything for additional stability to ensure the tire doesn't bump into tail pipe when off roading, since the original brackets for that purpose don't work with oversized tires?

Just so the records are clear, I don't really wheel this thing. Just bump along some easy trails with friends every so often.

The brackets still hold the tire where it needs to be, just bend them out a little bit.

There's still a little gap between the tire and the pipe. Not really concerned about the heat transfer to the rubber. Never seen any deform on the tire yet. I do 5 tire rotations every 5k.

I do feel like every so often when flexing the rear my spare will contact the rear diff.

Just cut the pipe closer to the muffler. That's what I did. A buddy welded on a turn down to make it look professional. No where near my 285/70R17 spare.

In my state (Colorado) you have to have it dump behind the rear axle in order to be emissions tested

I'm sure AZ is similar and my buddy mentioned that when we did it. But I won't have to worry about emissions until 2024, ha, I'll deal with it then if I have to.

That, and a lot of states are stopping emissions tests on newer vehicles as the goals have been met. Recently, WA closed most all of its testing stations.
