Fucking EA I bought at 19.10 and sold at 17.50 when they had an issue with a release Battlefield and their quarterly numbers were down. I had like 200 shares. Dumb fuck. It’s when it was ERTS. It’s done nothing but gone up since then...yaaay

The stupid thing is I believed in their products I should’ve just held but I was new to the market and didn’t understand about the long game

 

Yo, buy it again. the GF and I are definitely buying the next Battlefield game when it comes out, so that should spike their earnings.

 

EA is a trash company, honestly I wouldnt even be mad if I sold them at a loss. The only thing that keeps them in the money now is re-skinning the same sports games for the past 10 years.

 

I can admit, Fifa packs are an unhealthy addiction...

 

In 2023 they're releasing college football. It'll go up some then.....2 years from now

 

EA is trash. My brother and I play BattleFront 2015 on xbox basically everyday still and even when the game wasn't "dead", there was so many issues. They just don't care to keep servers maintained it seems like. I've had every FIFA since 08 and it's the only thing that comes from EA I like.

 

I stopped supporting EA when they closed the gamespy servers(closed 2014) and I couldnt play battlefield 2 (release 2005) anymore. There was like 200 people that played the game, that was 3 servers worth of players, they could of run that server off a cellphone in someones basement, but instead they shut us all down.

 

Can confirm. EA owns Respawn which put out Apex Legends, which I play a lot of. EA servers across the board 0/10 absolute trash.

 

To be fair, EA's fifa team only does updates to game modes that have microtransactions in. The other game modes that do not have micro transactions have been the same for 8 years. Even when they are broken to the point that you can not play them, EA will allow it to be that way and keep all attention focused on money making game modes.

Edit: I think they Own Origin as well and that is how people play the Sims.

Thats why I was sad when respawn was sold to EA, they took over titanfall. titanfall 1 is unplayable because of hackers and glitchers that EA wont block, titanfall 2 is still playable, now they have a greenlight for titanfall 3 and I fear for it.... at least the first 2 versions were under respawn, the new game will be under their new overlords at EA so its going to be rushed, have a day 1 patch thats bigger than the game is, and everything will be broken.

This is true, bf2 was the best for teamwork. People actually worked together instead of trying to get as many kills as possible. Take the bases, then go to the aircraft carrier and c4 the jets before they can take off. Or sit at the airport with the 50 cal and snipe pilots when they get into the jets. If you controlled the sky, you controlled the game.
