That is why you are the smart one in the group Rand. Looking at the picture again, B is definitely the orange. It looks beat, used, abused, dirty, & awkward, yet its still together having fun.

Randy since you know everything all the time...

I’ve had my deavers on for a couple weeks, and twice now the overload springs on both springs are pigeon toed.

What’s causing this? Where they just not cranked down hard enough? Seemed snug to me, in fact I had to loosen the ubolts to hammer them straight. Is my frame bent? Am I just a weakling and didn’t tighten the ubolts enough?

They came with my wheelers ubolt flip kit. So not new. I suppose I could order a new set.

I’ve heard of that happening before but with the icon leaf pack. The wheelers bolts are nothing to write home about. At a minimum, get new bolts and properly torque them to 85 ft lb. Or go ham and get a new flip kit with beefier u bolts, like the archive kit. That seems to fix the issue.

I was thinking this might be an excuse to get Eric’s flip kit. Will that change how the bump gets set on my shock relocate? That is gonna get burned in tomorrow actually.

You outta start charging consulting fees...

If your bump height changes then yeah. Are you gonna get new bumps too? If you get the archive bumps, I can tell you how tall they are and you can set your lower mounts accordingly.

Yeah. I’ll just get the whole archive kit bumps and all. If you can tell me the height. I’ll talk to my guy. And order Eric’s kit and an extra set of lower mounts in case it all needs to be changed with the new kit

They’re mega beefy. I used to have the wheelers flip kit and Eric’s is much nicer

I just need the u bolts, have the flip plates. Wheelers is 17 shipping on 4 ubolts, I can understand it but not gonna pay it.

If you set the lower mounts as if the bump stops compress down to 1” tall measured off of the u bolt flip plate, you’ll be set. Idk how your guy will do it but I do it all with a tape measure and measure eye to eye from upper and lower mounts and how far it is from leafs to frame. So let’s say there’s 6” between bump stops and frame. Compressed length of shock is 20”. I’ll set the eyes 26” apart.

The plate is thicker too, I’d just get the kit personally. I wanna say wheelers is 1/4” thick and the archive is like 3/8”. It’s overkill in the best way

I am on a time crunch... so if I order, what option do I need, 1 with just pedestal?? Is a confusing drop down menu...I don't need any bumpstops
