I think you just need 1 unisex bathroom.

 

You need a minimum of 1 toilet for every 30 females and 1 for every 60 males.

You can get away with one unisex bathroom for capacities less than 30

 

Thats for guess and employees or just employees

Restaurant guests. Employees are allowed to share that one bathroom with customers if the total capacity is less than 35

For business 18-35 Employees only requires one bathroom, 35-60 require 2. They are allowed to be unisex. Less than 18 employees and there is NO OSHA requirements to supply them with a toilet lol

Could you do a solar panel to an mppt controller to fused connection with battery? MPPTs like the Victron have bluetooth so you can control with your phone too.
A lot of boaters do it like that around here. I'm no expert though.

Maybe. I just need to simply trickle charge to keep up the battery so it dont go back and its at 5v again
