You know, the other school of thought is to do all the level-5 trails while you're still young and can handle the punishment. $122k would go a long way with Tacoma mods (exo cage, LS swap, Spidertrax axles, 43" tires...)

 

I'm not ruling out any options...

Yep we have moved out.

I have a guy fixing up some drywall issues, applying some primer and paint. Doing a few things in the bathroom. Stuff I just dont have time or the skills to do right now.

We have 99% of everything out of the house and into the shipping container. Just a few more dump runs and it should be done. That was dump run #1 or 2 you saw me and Jeremiah on.

 

Right on! getting it done quick. I was going to offer some extra hands/truck power but sounds like youre pretty well done

 

I have tried to not waste 1 day. We have everything large out already, no worries.

She has been working her butt off each night. I think she is really looking forward to selling it.

 

It'll for sure sell before then...the one I made an offer on finished with 15 total, in about 5 days. Most others have had 5-10 offers that Ive seen.
