    What's goin on. I've been around this forum for a while, I just didnt have an account. I just picked up a 98 Tacoma with the 3.4, 5 speed manual, 4x4 for 7k with 140k on the clock so I figured what better time to make one.

    I looked for a good couple of months and waited for the budget truck to come along. I found it an hour and a half away from where I live in the mountains. It is surprisingly clean for what it is and after a quick tune up it's like a new truck. I've got a 82 Chevy k10 I drove for the last 7 years so this one is definatly a break on the gas money budget. That 3.4 sips compared to the carbureted 350 I was driving.
