Installed some bed stiffeners in preparation for the shell i'll get eventually:

and installed and wired up my dashcam (APEMAN C450). I did not hardwire it, but did hide the wiring the best I could in the headliner, down the A-pillar, under the dash up through the cupholder area:

Starts up when I turn the truck on and shuts off when its off... works for me!

Yeah man, works great. I bought an APEMAN too. You many need to the switch the side the tightening screw inserts on the mount. It's completely hidden down the A pillar now.

I added an external speaker to my GMRS radio so I can better hear my friends. I should be able to drive down the highway with the windows down, or listen to my music at a normal volume, and still hear them.

Good call. Airbag looks easy enough to remove.

Adding a bracket behind the stick to mount the seat heater modules and heated side mirrors timer relay. There’s some convenient raised holes to fix rivnuts into. My inside ground buss also mounts there just in front of the module/relay bracket.

I installed a front set of Weathertech mudflaps today. I was happy to see that they are four inches shorter than the factory ones so they might last a while and should allow me to drive over something bigger than a pebble without ripping one off. Now why couldn't they do that at the factory?

Did the climate knobs. Got my trd pro rims with ko2’s on and rolled 60,000. Not bad for a 13. Also got the local body shop to paint my emblems for me.

Played in the snow, spent probably too much time on the rev limiter but I enjoyed every second of it. Still absolutely love the look of the 3rd gen mirrors, makes the old 07 look 10 years newer

Nice! What do you have to say about your headlights? I'm assuming you got them from Tacomabeast

5 months in and they've started to get condensation in them :( I was hoping it wouldn't happen to me but I was naive in expecting cheap headlights to not have cheap quality haha.

I think you should. Like others said, very smart idea. I like the bigger and less switches option.
