    She's a beauty and a beast lol!

TOYOTA should ditch the Tundra and make a 1 ton version of this 3rd gen with a turbo, so I could put a nice truck camper I can drop when not in use.

Nice, I think we snagged our trucks about the same time also, wouldnt surprise me if they were on the assembly line in the same timeframe.

I traded my 2016 O/R for a 2019 O/R. The only problem I had with the 2016 besides the common things was a driver seat heater connector melted/burned under the seat causing the heated seat to not work.

Just rolled 127,000, had it since december 2015. Still very solid, engine and drivetrain still feel new. 3rd set of tires, and 3rd set of shocks. Minor upgrades, North Star battery, blistering shocks with 2 inch lift, ecgs bushing, high clearance bumpers and sliders. I off-road frequently as well, as in 3 plus times a week. Love it, hope I can drive it to 350k miles.

From the Pikes Peak Web Page:
"The Pikes Peak Summit House will be closed indefinitely to visitors effective Monday, Jan. 4, 2021. Therefore, there will not be any facilities available at the summit. The highway will still be open to the summit, weather permitting. The new summit visitor center is expected to open in the spring 2021.

Hikers should be prepared to hike back down if necessary. Especially during the winter, conditions can change quickly. If adverse weather, including snow, freezing conditions or high winds is in the forecast, it is recommended that hikers postpone their trip for safety.

Due to construction on the summit there is limited parking availability. During peak visitation periods, we appreciate your patience to find parking. Please note that there is very limited views and access on the summit due to construction activities.

All access is weather permitting. Please call 719-385-7325 for the most up to date road conditions. Sorry, No Refunds"

The elevation at the top is over 14,000ft - so highly likely the wind and snow will have passage closed. Call ahead because it could be a waisted trip.
Back to topic - I purchased my Gen3 September 22, 2015. Other than the usual TSB's I have had no issues. Currently 50K on the odometer. Obviously I fixed the power issue - now it drives really nice!

25k on my 16 DCSBORAT. Got it Jan 2, 2016. Had low trans fluid, a body mount replaced and headliner replaced. The battery also went last year. It only lived outside/not on a battery charger for the first year I had it. No real complaints. I hope to keep it for a very long time.

2nd owner got my 2016 DCOR with 19k. Original owner had the crank sensor replaced, I had the Trans TSB, and rust CRC applied, replaced a battery but otherwise the truck is still rolling along with around 52k on it.

I've got a 2016 OR AC. Bought it used with 60,000 km on it, now has over 100,000 km, zero issues that I know of. I go off roading every weekend and love this truck :)

I bought mine September 2015. 59k miles. Drivability much better than when I bought it.

I am on my third crank position sensor and second set of brake pads up front. Rear diff fluid and brake fluid just replaced all else original.

getting ready to pick replacement tires and probably shocks since it does seem to feel a little bouncy right now.

    96km's (60Kmiles) on my 2016 Access Cab Off-Road MT.
Bought mine in June of 2016.
Truck is running as good as the day I got it, no regrets at all, love the truck!
I've had the air conditioning on mine die outside of warranty, and Toyota still fixed it for free. That is the only issue I have had.
Original brakes, battery, and tires, although I run winter tires and rims for half the year so this is why I'm on the original summers.
This truck has to regularly deal with towing two seadoo's on a double trailer, haul a 6x12 enclosed trailer with 2 sport motorcycles and gear, and also pulls an 18' bowrider boat every spring and fall. It also deals well with brutal and cold Canadian snowy winters because of where I live.
I have a cottage so it's hauled tons of lumber for deck and dock projects.
The truck is still rattle free and my friend summed it up when riding in my truck one day (he owns a Ford 150) saying that it the Toyota feels like they tightened up all the bolts.

Original owner of a 2016 with 61,000 miles on it now. Had a 7 mile commute, but now its 27 miles each way.
Spent most of its life in hot Vegas summers. Had its first salty winter in Pennsylvania after towing a 6x12 enclosed trailer to get there.
Road trips from Vegas to Zion, Bryce, Torquerville, Moab, Denver, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Phoenix, Sequoia National Forest, Pismo Beach, Muir Woods, Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite loaded with either camping gear or a 500 pound ATV.
Replaced the battery & wiper blades after 3 years, and engine & cabin filters after 4. Needs new wiper blades now. Tires have been swapped back & forth. Brakes are still factory, I downshift.
Gets 20mpg on average, surprisingly 15mpg loaded with the trailer. I'm not a hypermiler, but I don't it drive as if I think its a racecar either.
