That means there's an 80% chance it rises past it's previous high of 61K that formed the upper part of the handle. It should be at least a 10% run. So, 66K BTC by months end is my guess.

Third. I'd like to personally thank Powell, and more specifically his PR coach, for one of the best Q&A's after a FOMC meeting ever. He fucking nailed it.

DTCC makes daily reports now and it's the funds responsibility to confirm any inconsistencies and basically balance their checkbook. But i doubt the details matter. Noooooo wayyyy are they changing these rules in such a timely fashion if they don't intend to use them to their benefit. And i don't think all that is their angle here. They probably know they're going to get lied to either way and it will give them reason to come through and liquidate funds they deem dangerous at their discretion and cover their ass for any liability in the process. I see this as more of a warning to let everyone know they're keeping up with all this
