I am curious to review how the two may stack up now. BA is carrying the mail for me, offsetting all the bad picks and then some. Maybe $DFEN still outperforms though.

Well here's the catch with this, In a BULL market DFEN will always win...Because of the leverage, However if things turn south the decrease in value of the underlying assets will fall faster...
Here's what the BULL difference looks like...on a generally 3 month bull run.
    1 Day
    [IMG]
    5 day
    [IMG]
    1 month
    [IMG]
    3 month
    [IMG]

As you can see DFEN wins every time...
It's not that you SHOULD sell BA to buy DFEN, it's just a gamblers way of getting more bang for you buck.

Here is a BEAR run, the 2 months of Sept and October see how $DFEN crashed 30%

Thanks for the lesson. Makes total sense. The upside and downside of leverage.

Moved out of my 4 CLNE calls today. Total sale of $1424.
Got in on a RIOT call for $1290.
    Free cash $134.
Still holding MCOA. Current market value $41.60.

My hope is RIOT puts my at a triple gain. Reality is RIOT will probably go way south and I will loose it all. That's what play money's for though. lol

Using the $134 I had left today I picked up an AMC APR 16 $22 call for $131. It's a very long shot but it was cheap and delta's .34. So, for every $1 AMC goes up I'll get 34 pennies for now. To the moon god damnit. lol

That RIOT call is also about to start printing big time. @kairo you better hope GME get's off it's ass. lol

I would love nothing more than for someone to win with an actual risk strategy. Putting mine into GME almost feels like cheating haha

My risk strategy is simple. Risk it all with the hope I'm right. lol

That's a good strategy. Mine currently seems to be shopping houses by number of toilets and then trying to wish GME to that $ level per share.

Either way your long term play in it is fine. Your cost basis is way lower then most people riding the GME rocket.

We can probably predict the order of the finishers at this point, right?

    I’m at 679.77

I bought half CVX and half XOM, and I think 1 share of T on the start day. I think I may have done alright.

Edit: I’ll calculate it as of today:

XOM bought 6 shares for $292.36
CVX bought 3 shares for $282.56
    T bought 1 share for $29.19

    Value today:
    XOM $341.88
    CVX: $310.26
    T: $29.75

    Total: $681.89 or +13.6%

It's fun to see how everyone did, gives some perspective on market averages and such. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to some final #'s soon.

I am up about $2 more than you, but I spent $604, so you are actually up $2 on me. Damn it!

I think I had 4 cents in the account when I dumped in $600. Could be a nail biter.
