Violent Tornado on Ground South of Tuscaloosa!!!!

This tornado was near Shelton State a short time ago.

Please be in safe shelter NOW!!!!!

No one should be on US-82 or on I-59 east of 359 to Coaling Exit!!

New Tornado Warning for Central Tuscaloosa County

We have multiple dangerous storms ongoing now.



One of those is passing just east of the City of Tuscaloosa. It will cross I-59 shortly.

It has produced confirmed tornado damage south of Tuscaloosa.

The tornado will move toward Cottondale, Coaling, Peterson, and Brookwood.

Heads up western Jefferson County around Hueytow, Oak Grove, Pleasant Grove and other communities in that area.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR…
CENTRAL TUSCALOOSA COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ALABAMA…

* UNTIL 345 PM CDT.

* AT 253 PM CDT, A CONFIRMED TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR MCFARLAND MALL,
OR 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF TUSCALOOSA, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

HAZARD…DAMAGING TORNADO AND PING PONG BALL SIZE HAIL.

SOURCE…PUBLIC CONFIRMED TORNADO.

IMPACT…FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED.
DAMAGE TO ROOFS, WINDOWS, AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR. TREE
DAMAGE IS LIKELY.

TUSCALOOSA, HOLT, LAKE VIEW, BROOKWOOD, COALING, VANCE, ABERNANT,
MCFARLAND MALL, LAKE WILDWOOD, UNIVERSITY MALL, DEERLICK CREEK
CAMPGROUNDS, MERCEDES BENZ OF ALABAMA, SHELTON STATE COMMUNITY
COLLEGE, NORTH BIBB, COTTONDALE, EAST BROOKWOOD, PETERSON, LAKE
HARRIS, CAFFEE JUNCTION AND FLEETWOOD.

 

More Rotation to the West of Tuscaloosa. No warning yet but looks to be headed towards the central part of Tuscaloosa. Initial Tornado near original Dreamland BBQ to the north of Coaling.

 

Clearly a tornado on the ground. If you live near here take action now

 

I closed early so our employees could get home safely. Freight line decided to deliver a big piece of equipment ten minutes before. Started raining hard and their forklift got stuck in the mud of course, so I had to snatch it out with the truck. Anyways, hope everyone stays safe. Back home in Coosa county, not bad in this section yet.

Can you give me a bit more info on the lack of tunes for the 2nd gen Tacoma. Checked your web site and noticed you use the OV Tune. Followed them forever waiting to see if they would do so but never appeared to happen and/or what they offered was way beyond my expertise to work with. Is it a lack of customer base? Appreciate any background info or otherwise.
