Hmmmmm. I have my sliders off of my truck right now. Let me try to fit them in the bed and see how they fit, that should be a relatively good representative size to see that the bumper fits back there with everything. Skids should be no problem. This would likely be my last day up anyway - I'm pretty much driving from DC to RI on the last day as one straight shot after lunch.

I'm not going toward the lakes on this trip, I'm going down through NYC, and then back up likely through NYC but might go up and around NYC depending on time and day.

Edit just to clarify, I can still take them from DC direct to Providence/RI, should they fit in the bed.

Edit more: Or anywhere along that route I posted above, I can take them from NTC area out to Providence.

:notsure: I don't care - even if it's not direct if it's people already going on that route, go for it. I'll check about fitting the bumper in my bed with everything tonight after work and let y'all know. If it's a no go for that, then that puts the kibosh on everything from my end.

Last day in RI? When are you leaving DC to come back up? Also skids were sold so would just be the bumper.

Not really sure if you mean from KY to NY or not for the bumper :fingerscrossed: but if so I can probably come grab them from you Sunday

I live in Rhode Island. I’m coming back from a 2 week road trip and likely would be doing the dc to providence leg on the 30th.

hope the bumper plan other than mine works - but let me know. I put in a screen door I had laying around (...as you just do, right?) that looks like it would be about the size of a bumper - looked a bit tight if I have stuff back there, but since it would be the last day :notsure: I could make it work. Keep me posted if it doesn’t work getting it up to NY I can do DC area up to Providence.

Yeah me too. This bumper would work out great if everything ends up working. Chatauqua or Rochester works for me, if picking up from Rochester, it would save me 2 hrs each way so that would help.

Is there anybody that would be able to take some leaf springs from Delran, nj towards Pittsburgh? Far drive but not sure if anyone can make connections

Where in WV? Near the northern panhandle?

Thanks @Anchovy for mentioning here, I wasn’t aware of this thread.

Unfortunately, it is time sensitive on my end. If I can’t get rid of the leaf springs today then they’ll be going in a dumpster that was being rented for the past month and will be picked up tomorrow.
