    Well, I had pretty good luck with the contractor yesterday. Thought I was getting stood up again, but he was just a little late.
    Nice guy, went through things pretty thoroughly. There were things that he spotted that I would not have, so that is good.
    Let's see if he follows through. I have had guys here before then go "poof", into the darkness......
