    With the money I have saved , a little push from this stimulus check, my tax refund.. and a modest home equity loan, I'll be paying off my mortgage.

    I will pay less per month and instead of paying it off in 2033 I will do it in 2024!!

    As quick as it came is as quick as it left lol. I wish I had leftover money to buy some floor liners but I had to pay my shepherd's medical bill, since he got sick during the winter storm that we had here in Texas a few weeks ago.

    Indeed! We just threw our 2020 tax refund, my annual bonus, and now our 3rd stimulus at it. A lot of money out the door at once but our goal was to pay it off at the end of 2021. So 9 months early and we are going to take that $600 a month payment and add it Tacoma each month!

    We had to put our 14 year old Yorkie to sleep last month (cancer) and she never liked vehicles...this pup will learn to ride in the Taco (and my wife's Highlander) for trips. I'd like a fuzzy co-pilot when I visit my mom too !
