    Quilting was a topic awhile back. My Grandma made this quilt for Kristi and I when we were first married. It's nothing fancy, Grandma never let go her Depression Era mindset. Saved everything, what couldn't be repurposed, got burnt in her little Franklin Stove she used to heat her little den through Winter. Rest of house was kept around 60°F..."that oil furnace is so expensive." Her quilts were made out of her old pantsuits and such material. It's every bit of 35+ years old; we still throw it on the bed when temps dip into single digits (either side of 0°). Thought you might appreciate it, we still do. :)
