If the IRS uses my 2019 return I get no stimulus. If they use my 2020 return I get a stimulus.

Whew, moving sucks. Sold my house and moved into the one I inherited after spending the last month tearing the kitchen floor out to the joists to replace them.

 

Sounds like a pain, but no mortgage will be nice.

 

I'm still going to take out a loan against the house so I can add things it lacks... like central heat/ac, residing to ditch the asbestos tile siding it has now, fixing termite damage, etc.

Have you had a quote for removing that asbestos?? My uncle was going to do it once and was quoted like 30k. Guess it's a real serious undertaking.

 

I was quoted 13k for removal and disposal.

I ate so much of that as a kid they don't even use the apron when I get x-rays

 

F that....I'd just put on a tyvek suit with a decent respirator and remove the shit myself. Toss it all in a burn barrel as you pull it off and let er rip
