This whole "everything is out of stock and backordered" bullshit is getting old.

Just spent a nice chunk of change to "get on a list"

 

Hurts worse that someone was watching him/caught him do it.

I captured a car swerve of the road and flip going the opposite direction a few years ago when I lived out in Indiana.

Of course I got a dash cam after 3 people backed into me. Everyone has played nice since then.

 

Can we get away with 20% tint in the front windows around here? Right now I'm at 30% in front and 15% in back, would love to go a little darker on the fronts. Just wasn't sure if it's only a hassle if you're at something like 5% up front, or anything below the legal line of ~30% can be an issue. Thanks!

Honestly, cops wont really hassle you (in my experience) but getting it inspected is a pain. If you "know a guy", go nuts but not really worth it otherwise.

Ive never had an issue with the popo, but I guess they could write a ticket for it. You will need to "know a guy" that does inspections

Thanks guys. I usually get my inspections done at the dealer, would definitely be a hassle if it got flagged and had to be removed.

 

How dark a tint are you running up front?

 

Only time I've had a tint problem was when I was doing other dumb shit... and the tint was added on because I was being a smartass

 

I had one guy flat out tell me one time that he was not going to enter it in the system, but he could not inspect it. had to find another guy.....

ask around at work, seek out the dark tinted trucks and stalk them and ask where they go get it done

 

Passed a sheriff yesterday while going 45 in a 25. I waved and he waved back.

 

I am not sure, maybe 20, kind of dark, matches my rears (not a tacoma)
