I smacked one on the ass with the steel bumper. But it felt that one. Low speed so it ran off.

Just guesstimation by using my calibrated eyeball and all of 3 seconds looking. I'd say some pulleys are pressed on the the two posts, the two tubes run along guide bars and a 3rd pulley attaches at the bolt hole top dead center. Why? I ain't got the foggiest. Reminds me of a weight machine pulley system.

Hey, you're not supposed to do that guy.

The rain doesn’t bother me either, it’s the lightning and possible tornados. We’ve had a couple lighting strikes the past several years knock out some stuff.

My wife and I are working on getting our house refinanced with the lower interest rates that are floating around now and kicking the 30 year mortgage, that we're 8 years into, down to a 15 year. If we've crunched our numbers correctly, we should end up saving in the neighborhood of $70,000 in interest.

At our last house, the mortgage company got a hold of us to refinance. Since we were younger and dumber, we didn't realize that that meant starting over with the 30 year mortgage but since we kept paying what we had been, in essence we just dropped the interest down and paid it off faster anyway. We would have had it paid off in about 20 years but we moved after 10.

Our current house should be paid off in a total of 22, if we go the full 15 years of the new mortgage, but we'll probably move before then, too. My youngest is 15 and he better not stay with us until he's 30 and the 2 of us won't need a 5 bedroom house!

Hooked up my torch to a set of tanks yesterday that I rarely use. After opening the tanks I couldn't figure out why the hell my torch wouldn't light. The regulator said it had plenty of pressure.... 2589EC59-AABE-4742-A8E5-0A135F932E43.jpg
