I want to hide a CPlay2air wireless dongle behind the dash. I thought I’d ask here first before taking things apart: Is there an extra USB port on the back of a 2021 head unit I could plug & play it to? Or can I unplug the port to the stock plug and use that - or is it hardwired in there?

I have never noticed an additional one back there. I have seen posts on here about relocating the one in the dash though. Search for something like “usb relocation” and it should come up.

I don’t remember seeing one when I have my head unit removed. Just the usb on the dash and inside the center console.
