Yeah, that place was weird. My boss was allergic to planning anything. He'd just toss me a project and say have fun, and then swoop in later and add requirements. Big part of why I left.

 

I had a one day trip to las cruces (plus a day out and day back). Turned into a week long trip when my flight got cancelled and stuck in DFW for two days. Considered driving from dfw but it was like 1000 miles and the car was $800..

 

Here's another reason. I made the aircraft parts. YW.

Note to self: never go within 200ft of an airplane

 

I only worked there a year while going to tech school. Now I'm making more than twice what I was there without being worked like a sweat shop.

For eight months in 2008 I was working on a job doing GPS updates on various mine sites, so I was flying to a different location every two or three weeks. I learned to fall asleep shortly after getting to my seat and wake up about the time the plane touched down. That helped make the whole ordeal more bearable.

 

ya i cant do that as much as i like aircraft and such im a very nervous flyer

well even before if i plan to go somewhere its for a camping trip or something else like last year i was thinking of going to tail of the dragon with the civic community but then rona happened

Didn't get a pic but I saw another 2nd gen Timberland Mica prowling around Liberty today, this one a DCSB. I don't feel quite so alone/unique anymore

there is a buddy i know that has one like that but someone drilled cab lights like what you see on a 3/4 ton and bolted them on it.... his truck is bone stock
