Looking for ideas on how and where to mount my CC pistol for long drives.
Normally i just keep my P365 or P320 in my Alien gear on short trips.. but obviously that will be panful for longer trips.
    Pictures would be great.

    Thanks in advance..

If the holster isn't comfortable, there may be better options. Check out the mini wing from Black Point Tactical. So comfortable, you'll forget your carrying and they make ones exclusive to Sig.

AlienGear makes great holsters. I bought a ShapeShift Molle Holster and use it to holster my CC pistol when on long trips. It works fantastic and you can just leave the holster attached all the time to the molle panels.

I went with the center console molle panel from CaliRaisedLed

Yep i have the 3.5 for my two sigs (320,365) and my Kimber Micro 9. Love the fit and feel for EDC.. however over a 10-12 hour road trip ... not so much..

You guys are overthinking this. Molle panels? Just appendix carry w/ this dandy of a holster by Kusiak

    File_000 (1).jpg

It tucks nicely between your seat and the e-brake if you don't want it poking you while you're driving.

If you're of the mindset that you don't want to conceal the carry of your pistol (one that is explicitly designed for concealed carry) then look into the locking center console options by Console Vault

I debated on getting them for a very long time but finally pulled the trigger and I’m so glad I did. They are extremely useful and look killer too! Can’t really get a great glance but it’s the only photo I have on my phone. They fit really well

A ram mount could offer a lot of mounting options

If your rig is uncomfortable for all day wear the answer isn’t to take the weapon off and store it off your person. The answer is to find another rig that is comfortable. I just drove to Moab and back last week and never took mine off - no issues.

Just my .02 cents worth of advice as a retired 23 year career professional LEO. Take it for what it’s worth.

Carried my Sig 365 also BTW. Great EDC pistol.

My thoughts exactly. You should be able to wear your holster while out doing stuff, driving, sitting down, kneeling, hunched over tying your shoes, whatever. Rethink your holster if you're having to buy extra crap to make it comfortable enough for day to day carry. Or do your wife a favor and lose a few pounds. You should be able to wear a holster while you're driving.

What state are you in? Man in California the cops would literally open fire on you if they saw that gun in a traffic stop. Then they would ask questions later, for real.
