Another sign of spring. If they hang around and have little ones I've got free fertilizer.

This guy was in the cat shed. I opened the door and saw the food mess. The dog found it. I've got boxes filled with straw for the cats. It was in one of those boxes. Coco pulled it out of the box. I told her to drop it. I then dispatched it with a shovel.

I had a husky that was in a steel wired dog pen years ago. On at least 4 occasions I found a dead possum in her pen. The creatures would go in at night to eat out of her dog bowl. Somehow they found a way to squeeze in, likely between the frame and steel wire. A fatal mistake. I usually found her lying with the body between her paws and when she saw me she would pat it back and forth and howl.

im about ready to collapse.... my garage has needed a good cleaning for a long time. mainly just xmas decor and camping shit i store in there but its gotten out of control. so i headed to home depot this morning, picked up a metal shelving unit, came home and started mucking. im not quite done but it might have to do for today and i'll finish tomorrow. not gonna kill toy to spend one night outside. i just got back from the recycling center, had a truckload of cardboard to get rid of - way more than i thought i'd have cleared out. and i got a big 50 gal bag of trash, not sure what to do with it - either gonna have to do the balance on top of the can thing come garbage day or swing by work and throw it in the dumpster there. also got a big box of stuff to donate to goodwill. and another pile of stuff to try to sell. gonna be so much more room to park toy!

Exactly my way of thinking. I just got 3 years of my life back. Luckily I have been saving money all these years and stuffing what I can into a retirement account.

Agreed. My wife and I have been both poor and now fairly wealthy by today’s standard. We have learned to live comfortably on little. We have made wise investments and paid extra on loans to shorten the life of the loan. Our house currently valued at 600k will be paid off in 5 years. Though I plan to work for 10 more because I really enjoy what I do...I will not hesitate to walk away sooner when and if it stops being fun.
