I like the taste and the smell but I swear I feel every puff the next day when I'm walking.

 

Every time I'm logging, it isn't acting up

 

I started rolling my own cigarettes at 13 and continued until 18. Then I bought camel unfiltered and stuck with those for awhile cause I had money and felt fancy

 

I meant the taste of inhaling burning filter lol

Although chew tobacco was definitely not my thing, nasty

Do either of your parents smoke? I'm one of those kids that grew up riding around with dad smoking in the car, windows rolled up. I don't notice the effect unless I drunkenly smoke a pack in a night

 

Do yourself a favor and stop now, if you can't then use the patch. The nicotine gum/mints are just as addicting and you end up hooked on higher amounts of nicotine thats way more expensive

But at least they won't give you cancer

 

I shudder to think how much money I spent on nicotine relief products (gum/mints) over the years

 

Better than spending it on cancer and COPD treatment, and then still dying early

 

I never got addicted to tobacco so I don't know the struggle. Alcohol is my crutch.

I dont smoke but 1 or 2 cigs a year.

This, I can use some sort of tobacco regularly for months and then go months without.

True but if you can, it's better to just cold turkey it and power through. Nicotine cessation products are in it for the money just like big tobacco is, they don't want people to quit using them either and they are redonk expensive.

nicotine withdrawal isn't gonna kill you, just makes you irritable AF for awhile.

 

That's how I was until my mid 20s then suddenly I was a pack a day at least, just sayin

No one could've told me otherwise early on either so I get it lol.
