Yup that’s the idea. You may have to use special blade terminals as I’m not sure there is a mini fuse with terminals like that.

 

I been thinking of selling lately too. I'm in Toronto so land is pretty much done to build except for condos now. Demand for housing will be through the roof the next few years. If you think it's pricey now, wait in the next 5 to 10 years.
Did you guys see last week or might have been the week before, a house sold 600k over asking? It's insane what ppl are doing
So I'm staying and adding value to the house. Hopefully it will be my retirement package and then move down south where it's nice and warm all year. I'm done with cold and snow. I wanna be that guy that just hangs out at the beach bar all day.
I have 1½ story war time home so I have two options for now, go up to 2½(max allowed) or extend back. Still not sure what I want to do. I have 130ft out back and would like to keep it that way. We'll see.

A lot of that can be manipulated by the realtor. It looks pretty good on your "resume" to say you sold a house for $600k over listing. If you know a house is worth 1mil and you know you can get it, list it for 500k and let the market boost the price. It's like a .99 auction on eBay; You know you'll get hundreds, no reason to start there. $200 with 1bid or $205 with 35 bids.
