Thanks, and I'm sure it will be about a month till the court date. Every time I have to meet her I take her to lunch. Just so she's getting something from the deal. But I already decided to pay her a decent amount afterwards.

You can either, throw the story out here, shoot me a PM, or tell me to fuck off...either choice will be respected.

Anyone shelling out that much cash, would normally come back and post about it frustrated as fuck. All in a different demeanor, bad mouthing said shop about how they ripped you off for "xxx" amount, how long your vehicle was down for, and so forth. Even more so, pictures you may have taken after you got the truck back, which I'm sure you have since you found out the truck got a 'bondo' job.

Maybe you're just that different of a person, but *most* would furiously vent out their frustration, especially in a thread they frequent on to get the support of say...the lunchtable IDK.

We're a weird bunch here, and a lot of shit gets shared, personal even. And as involved as you have been here, for a much longer time than I ever have, I guess I just find it weird that you're taking this whole thing nonchalantly.

Again I don't understand IN law when it comes to that, but I'm sure any one of us can google it.

It'd start with a card charge dispute. If that isn't enough, civil suit. Sure you can involve a lawyer, but that costs more than the return is worth in almost every single case.

Doesn't look like it was designed to be a residence evident by the commercial exit sign, plus the water heater small enough for a sink in the bathroom. Maybe it was supposed to be some kind of office for a bigger commercial complex.
