Anyone know of the 3rd gen softtopper will fit a 2nd gen?

As I am interested in the Softtopper...

 

Need a different bar for the back window and possibly the back window itself, but i've heard some say the back windows are the same. other than that it should work, im running a 3rd gen softopper on my gen 2. They sit below the cab a little, so i think they actually look better than the older 2nd gen version

If you end up buying it i have a 3rd gen rear window and bar i'd be willing to sell. Mine came with both when i bought it. It's black for reference

I think the only difference is in the height. I have a second gen Bestop version 1 on my 3rd and it sticks up a little higher than the cab. The third gen softtopper will sit just a little low on yours.

 

Probably fit pretty well. I had a 2010 before my 2017 and don’t recall any huge difference in seat shape but I could be wrong. Let me know if your interested.

I’d love those seat covers but you’re 4.5 hours away. Anyone driving from Dallas to Austin anytime soon? Can throw some bucks your way for the trouble if so.
