    Thanks Dave.
I find the situation somewhat bizarre. They are using the namesake of the dealership but wont actually allow you to pick it up at the dealership.

Yeah. I don't know how they get away with using their name. Something must be different with Toyota because I see a lot of the sites using their dealership name. When all of this started, you'd have to search for what dealership it was. I have a friend that is extremely knowledgeable about all of this, but I never think about it when I talk to him.

You'll notice the prices are similar across sites. The standard is 20% off because that's what they offer to independent shops. Anything more is probably around 23%, which is employee prices.

Damn you! Making me do the same.

Well, I have been wanting to get the header bar for awhile now. Did get the updated map disc as well for the navi.

Nope, rarely have used he nav system.

Print outs, maps and of course waze/uoogle maps.

I just picked up engine filters x2 and the rail. No end caps, nothing but the rail... I'm using the back rail to make it easier to secure the 5th.

Rite rite. Wifey wears out the navi. Figured I’d update it. My thoughts.... No sense in using a stand alone unit when there is one already there. Just me tho.

I picked up yota filters at Wally world a few weeks ago.

Edit: Unless the maps are an off road kind.

When they brought Shannon’s truck around, and told us it was against the law to modify suspension, I didnt bother to have them fail mine.

Why even bother to have them look at yours? You can tell from 300' away it shouldnt be on the road.

See, this is why I was confused...when I was having my truck inspected in Warrenton they never said anything about my truck's suspension being modified. Granted, my mods aren't all that crazy, but you can definitely tell it isn't stock. What a crock, time for a different inspection station!

Over here, you can modify to your hearts content...as long as your vehicle meets certain "standards" like mud flaps, no tires past the flares, bumper height, etc. Oh, and I'm not even sure that the dudes inspecting vehicles here are even mechanics or at least someone with enough knowledge to know what they are looking at/for. It's all BS, just a different state's way of sticking it to you.

You’re right, I’ll try another service station. I really figured this place would be lenient since they do all our tire work, but oh well. I see plenty of lifted Jeeps around that have passed inspections, so some place has to be understanding.

The jist of this sway bar thing boils down too, they have been on cars and trucks (front and rear) since the 60’s. It’s common knowledge that they should be there. If missing, the inspector is taking a risk of passing said vehicle and possibly loosing his/her’s inspection license, if a state Inspector happens to bring in said vehicle to see if the inspection is properly done.

From what a little birdie tells me.

Edit: as for modified... as long as the supporting look of a stock setup is there ie; sway bar. You should be good IMO.

Well, months later my custom braided power cables showed up. They look good but definetly not worth the money.
