OEM Tonneau cover, long bed - Free* Sonora CA

I have an OEM tonneau cover (3rd gen longbed) that came with my truck. Took it off after a couple weeks and it's been sitting in my basement ever since. Would like it to go to someone who can use it. Not interested in money.
My asking price:

-a couple cases of beer from your local brewery
-your bed rail caps (will swap mine onto your truck) *not a requirement if you don't want to

I have all of the hardware, except for one piece: *Note* - you will need to source the flat plastic support bracket (+ fasteners) that goes in the center of the bed rail against the cab (see pic of screenshot from youtube install video). The screws were siezed on mine and I had to grind the plastic bit off.

The cover is in perfect working order. The marks you can see in the pics are dirt that can be cleaned off. Worked and looked great as long as I had it on the truck.

Located in Sonora CA 95370. Will not ship. Local pickup would be nice, considering the price

No shit.. Im heading to Sonora from Portland tomorrow. I've been nonstop looking for a tonneau cover for the trip.. unfortunately, I have a shortbed

I'm interested if you can confirm that it is not cosmetically damaged, i.e. no scuffs, scrapes or cuts on it. Also, I don't want to contribute my bed rail caps but I'm willing to contribute $$ toward some aftermarket one's for you.

The cover is dirty, but in perfect working order. Cosmetically, it is in lightly used condition. Note that if you want to use the cover and do not have the bed rail caps with cutouts, you will either need to modify your caps or replace with caps with cutouts, which is why I have offered to include mine in the "sale". If you do not plan to use the cover and instead are getting it for someone else or plan to sell it, that's a different story.

 

Ah, I now understand the bed rail cap trade. I did't realize that the swap was necessary. I think I'll pass as I only bought the Tacoma a week ago. I'm not ready to start swapping things out on it yet. Thanks anyway. I'll let people know about it as I come across folks that may be interested.

 

Stilllllll availableeeeeee, everyone. I'll even edit to say that we don't need to swap bed rail caps--I can live with my cutout versions. Note you will need to modify yours or swap with mine if you don't already have the cutout versions, though

Yes still available. I tried to make arrangements to deliver to someone in the Bay Area during a work trip, but my work trip over thataways keeps getting postponed. Still sitting here ready for someone to pick up if wanted!

 

I can't say for certain one way or the other. All I know is it came with my 2017 longbed and it fits that perfectly.
