Depending on the size and level of abatement it's pricey. My folks it cost just under 30g. Remove popcorn cieling from every room in the house 3800 soft and linoleum tiles in the kitchen. Had to put new sheetrock on the ceiling in the living room and one bedroom. The company only finished a few of the rooms to save money they opted to do the rest or volunteered me to help or do it for dad. Remember how the house from E.T. looked well that's how their house looked for almost 3 weeks during the process. It's a big undertaking and inspectors had to come by at certain times it was kinda crazy.

Been tryin’ real hard to ram thru a very much needed control valve replacement now for about 2 years. Cost of the Asbestos removal, certified testing before, during & after exceeded the cost of the Valve. Why it took me two years to get it. :frusty:

Looks like 4wheelparts isn’t shipping my bumper. Best winch bumpers besides ARB?

ARB bumper was “in stock” when I ordered it a week ago. Now it shows “out of stock” and I got an email saying it was on order from the manufacturer. They haven’t even charged my card and aren’t responding to emails. Going to try and call tomorrow and probably just cancel the order.

I generally try to keep them around, but I am without one of those right now as well. I am really nice and stocked up on some ARB parts, and without even an idea as to when I will go in stock on others. That said, @Bandit I'll bet I can probably save you some money from what you paid on the other site, and will be getting it in your hands at the same time either way. I absolutely can't make a promise on how long it'll take to get to you though.

Ok the GF has decided to spend her stimmy moneys getting the house and garage pressured washed and painted. I have to pull off these old metal shutters that are NAILED to the house. The house is brick. Any tricks for pulling out the nail without pulling out the mortar?
My detached garage is a concrete block building. It previously had rotten siding on it that we pulled off. However, pulling the nails out left pock marks.

Did you hire a crackhead?!?!
All quotes we got just to pressure wash the house and garage were in the $350 range. Our best quote is $500 for the garage to pressure wash, fix those pock marks, scrape old paint and repaint. The house is single story 1500 sqft brick and was quoted $1350 to pressure wash deck and house and paint the house.
