Made a relocation breather mount for the trans, add module, front diff x2 and t case. Then changed the fluid on the manual transmission with some GL4

I'm liking the way it responds, very light pedal pressure and it goes vroommm! I'll try the other modes tomorrow.

I added a mountain decal to the tailgate. Once again, as with many of the things I do to the truck, I’m not so sure what I think of it. Guess I’ll give it a couple days and decide.

Here in Canada, it costs an arm and a leg! Original price was Cdn$595 +tax, it was 10% off so I paid Cdn$562.28 tax included. Saved $62.75. About 30 bottles of Miller draft beer. Yup booze is expensive here too!

Installed the Artec lca skids today. Thanks to @RyanDCLB for posting about them a couple months ago. They are made of aviation grade 6061 aluminum which are stronger than the 5052 grade aluminum that most companies use and they are still only around 4 pounds each. Artec has them on sale for 15.25% off till the end of the month. Their customer service is excellent as UPS lost their first shipment and after informing Artec what happened they immediately sent me another shipment that same day. The first two pictures show the rivet nut installation which I am sure it would put a smile on @RivetNutBob if he were still on TW.

I also like the fact that these skids fit perfectly with my Mobtown skids and are aerodynamic which go with my belly pan. I did several write ups about it 3 years ago when I made my original version and then made an improved version which is what you see below.

So is it that much better for driving? I guess I don’t know enough about it but it makes the throttle quicker instead of the lazy thing it is now? Currently I have to step on the gas and wait.
