Femco. They have a Tacoma specific one. Literally just unscrew cap and screw that on and put your bucket under there.

 

That’s is rough condition. Wire wheel it. Looks like the diff side joint paint is chipping. Would repaint that.

Did you figure out the transfer case ordeal?

 

Nah it’s for sure in low gear and I’m pretty positive the front tires are turning, may try and put it on jack stands and see if the front and back is turning.

 

Is was 4L that supposedly wasn't working right?

 

Supposedly it’s going in low I just dk if the front end is pulling for sure, I’ve fixed all the known issues that I was told about and a couple unknown. I’ve gotta get the ps drip molding, and got a gas tank strap coming ordered the base not the strap with studs for the tank skid.

 

Does it run pretty well otherwise? That's one of the cheapest 4wd Tacomas I've seen.

 

Yea runs great idles smooth, gonna run some sea foam through the intake and change the plugs. Had a rats nest in the cabin filter box lol, got a major vacuuming today. Was gonna take the seat out but I don’t think I can fix that wire frame underneath after looking at it.

 

There's 2005 5 lug RC and 2008 (AC or DC) at the Montgomery pull-a-part. I don't know if any of those seats will fit. They were grey interior. The 05 is the one my bed came from(navy) and the 08 was maroon

 

@Cred92 I will probably go see my folks next Monday. You want me to stop by the pull-a-part and check it out? I can grab the seat if it's in good shape. A bench seat is $45.83 from there

 

The bench would, I could put bucket seats but that’s more trouble than I’m looking for upholstery lady says she can fix it it’s the wire frame under the foam that’s broke so you sink in other than that the seats okay. I may try and see if my buddy that has a junk yard has a seat he’ll sell cheap.

Yea that’s a super deal on a seat if it’s in good shape.

 

I never even looked at it to be honest. I only grabbed the bed of the navy one and when I saw they had the red one, I went just for a tailgate.
