I've always been of the mindset that the better tenant I am the more likely my landlord will want to keep me around = more likely we both win. I don't get people that don't give AF like that then wonder why their rent gets raised often or their landlord is always breathing down their neck

There's some correlation with those people and the type that come and try to buy a car, have shit credit, and realize as you learn more and more, that they lack the discipline to be responsible human beings.

Matters only get worse for everyone when they adopt the victim mentality; fuck that shit.

 

There's a price difference between them? That's new to me

 

What I meant to add, is I've seen a few "unwinds"

Something changed during the short time that they bought a car to when it came time to fund (10 days or less), or a rental they received, etc. When we got a car back one time, the grill and wheels were spray painted, and the interior was used as an ashtray

One of them had lost their job before the deal funded, cause he punched someone at work and got fired....wtf? Well now he loses his car cause he couldn't wait an extra day or two for his loan to fund. Then comes in crying how it ain't his fault and it ain't fair etc.

 

I hate people

I think any job involving the general public and having to dive into their finances will sometimes bring out the worst in people lol.

Like people and their food in the restaurant industry
