PS has become more socially acceptable with the 100 folks in the past year. That part is moving in the right direction. I have done business with most of the vendors when it makes sense. I think the cult-like allegiance comes from when they meet in person and become buddies.

There are a bunch of buffalo on a small island off the coast of CA near here. Santa Catalina.

Hollywood used to film a lot of movies there 50+ years ago and brought them out for movie sets, then didn't bother bringing them back. They actually thrived and live there in the wild now

@Kwikvette you have a weekend youre eyeing for the Fresno meet this fall? Looks like I'll be buying a house earlier than expected due to Uncle Sams donations and I think I should have no issue making it out there.

Fresno Meet...the 559 Yota meet you mean?

They just had a huge gathering last weekend or so.

That's badass that you're buying a house so soon!

    Staying in state?

    Ahhh yeah.

It's going to be tough figuring out when exactly but hopefully I can narrow something down in the coming weeks.

We have the designer we're supposed to meet with, which after we do, will get the house going.

Expected completion is Oct/Nov if nothing slows it down.

That and completion date will determine when I leave my job here to start another out there.

Yeah I think Im leaning toward having something built. I can snag an acre or two for around $30k at most and I should be able to slap a house on pretty quick.
