    Awesome to hear.

Apparently from what they told me the issue was specific to the 2pc red shackles only. Something about their shipping software leaving off the X2 or 2pc or whatever its supposed to say.

    Glad you got your stuff.

Cool side note, they were really stoked that this happened, and hinted towards wanting to offer more group buys for us. I told them I thought it would be cool if they hooked it up on the UCAs. Well see what happens :D

Ordered a tow strap and hitch+shackle. Shipped SUPER fast and everything looks to be nice quality. The hitch is SOLID steel which I wasn't expecting, I assumed it'd be square tube but appears to be solid with holes drilled for the hitch pin.

Yup. I have one too. That's actually one of the biggest plusses I mentioned about it in my review (other linked thread). I have a cheap one that I got on Amazon a couple of years back, and like you mentioned, it's just ptr tubing with a tab and plates welded to the end. This one is solid, and it's awesome. Also that it's got the mounting holes in both orientation is pretty cool. Being able to rotate the shackle 90 degrees is great for being able to orient it in the right way for a sideways pull.

Does it actually NEED to be solid? I'm still a noob to all this stuff and I'm not an engineer so I don't know the answer to that. But, my first thought is that it's completely unnecessary and just extra weight that I'm gonna be hauling around. My assumption is that you could easily use the correct design, material and wall thickness to use tube instead of solid and it'd be fine. But... you know what they say about assumptions...

Honestly, probably not. A lot of hitch tongues are hollow PTR tube.

What I don't like about the hollow/ptr one that I had, is that the eyelet for the shackle is a separate plate, that's welded to the tube, and there are 2 small plates covering the gap on each side.
Now I've gotta not just trust the material, but the quality and penetration of the welds as well. Having it be one solid piece is just a little more piece of mind in my opinion.

Arrived today! Packaged well and in perfect shape. Everything as ordered and extremely well made. Very nice quality. Ordered the tow strap and two packages of two ratchet straps. If anyone is on the fence I would encourage you to purchase. The products are a very good value for the money. And, as mentioned before, the ratchet straps have the wonderful feature of a clasp to hold the ends where you connect them. That and soft shackles in addition to the normal straps with hooks makes for a very versatile product.

    Nothing yet :(
Guess I forgot to update my shipment issue!!!

Originally I placed an order for Hitch+Shackle and the 2pc Red Shackles. While shipment/product packaging were perfect, I did only receive a 1pc Red Shackle and not the 2pc order at the start.

I contacted their support team via email with the best detail I could, (explained packaging was in great condition, took photos of product received versus product ordered), and within 10-12 hours (emailed them at like 11pm) I had a response!

Although I got no info on why there was a shipping error, they were glad to immediately ship out another Red Shackle at no cost!

End result: order placed Mar. 12th, received ALL product by Mar. 16th, QUALITY product and got a free shirt for the inconvenience!!

Between the group buy, quality products at a great price and the ease of accessibility from this company (supreme suspension), I’m more than satisfied

Enter the promo code when you're at the step of entering your info, the first part of the checkout process. When you get to the next page regarding shipping, the top option should be "free shipping".

If you get to the shipping page then enter the code, it doesn't always pop up. Something to do with the shopify cart system.

What are you trying to order?
