    I decided to pull the trigger on the sous vide this morning. The site adds new items occasionally and while looking for the sous vide, I came across this:

    Seems like the perfect compromise to replace the huge one. Both items should theoretically be here in about a week. :D

    Pretty much a guarantee they'll beat the smoker. :rolleyes:
