    Tired of the games being played by the loan company. They have made it so I have to ask permission to pay them. They finally decided to just call the note due in full. So.. they can just have it they want it back so damn bad.

    Not sure what is wrong since they refuse to talk to me other than say pay us the loan in full. I can see the last 3 months payments have cleared the bank accpunt... before anyone asks

    One outifit I dealt with got swallowed up by a bigger Co. Last time I went to pay they demanded cash, said there policy changed. Told ‘em to close the account, buyin’ Dope was easier to deal with than them.

    I had that sitch with a mortgage company, (rhymes with Chase), about 15 years ago. They bought my mortgage from another lender, I switched the payments right on time, and they started pinging me for missing payments. My replies to them included proof from my bank that the payments had been made, and their own monthly statements sent to me, with dates the payments had been received. When they threatened foreclosure, (after three months of this nonsense), I had a nice chat, with the correct amount of verbal fire and brimstone applied. That seemed to do the trick.
