A few issues - but overall I’m very happy.

Driver’s side heated seat doesn’t work
Tailgate lock isn’t as it should be.
The paint from the factory seems really thin.
    Lost a mud flap.
Had a squeaky clutch pedal, but that has quieted.

That and the mm radar sensor recalls are the only issues I have had with my 2019.

2018 here. Had a rough running/misfire issue prior to fuel pump recall completion. Once recall was done, truck runs nice and smooth. Fuel economy even increased according to IP.
ATF was 1/2 qt. Low (no performance issues though) and differential was 1 qt. Low (again no issues noted) Did PM at 20 K.
    That's it....

High pressure fuel pump failure around 45k and then a front cover/valve cover oil leak around 50k required tear down of the front/top of engine which resulted in essentially all of the gaskets being replaced for valve cover/front cover/intake/etc. Other than that the “problems” are “characteristics of the vehicle.” However, most importantly, it has never left me stranded, and has gotten me up some gnarly shit from Anza Borrego to Death Valley. Think I’m gonna finally give in and get some bigger tires for a little more ground clearance though.

Rough idle fully warm in gear @ stops only when ambient air temp is over 60° & never colder. Never while coolant temp is below 190° or ambient air temp under 60° been to 4 dealers still doing it.

2018 DCLB OFF ROAD 3.5 auto trans 56,000 miles always used Ethonol free fuel

    Any ideas?

I should add that my truck does have 2 recalls on it. The fuel pump and the radar. I have not bothered to go get either repaired under recall as I have had zero issues with either pump or radar.

2019, had a little over 2 years now. Just under 12K miles. The only thing that was really a problem is I found the tranny fluid a little low, something like 10 to 12 oz. Been a great truck so far.

Rear differential was leaking at around 100k miles. Drained, torqued and refilled.
    Replaced battery at 120k miles
Did it’s first ATF change at 140-150k (just emptied the pan via drain plug)
    Routine 10k mile oil changes
Routine engine air, and cabin air filters every 5-10k miles.
Weird rust specks were appearing on only the drivers side front and back door sill. Unsure of its origin, but a clay bar got rid of it.
Brake pads and their pin retaining holes were worn out at around 150k miles, make clunking noises when stopping (new brakes waiting to be installed when I get time).
Factory head unit did randomly power down twice, but that was around a year ago and never did it again.

I live in the south so I have no issues with rust, but for those who do I would advise against having Toyota service the frame. Unless they have changed their practice they merely spray over the rusty areas, encapsulating the rust and moisture which makes the problem worse down the line.

If I did the math correctly I have filled my tank over 500 times. Ouch.....
