Time to get out and do some clean-up in the back 40, and thought I should test out the new tree gafs I got for my spurs. Turns out when you don't climb anything for six months, some of your muscles take a holiday...

Careful now! I had a set of those for many years, used them several times. Gave them to a friend of mine last year along with some tree stands and steps I can't use anymore cause my back.

Back from the hospital. Turns out this was just a $$$.$$ consultation about proceeding forward with the biopsy, which will take place a week from tomorrow. I think it eased our worries some though, especially mine. The specialist said it could be many different types of viral infections and explained the procedure that they are going to do.
Sounds like they go down the airway, spray a little saline solution in there and then vacuum it up for lab samples. If that's not effective then they do a needle biopsy that has a few more risks.
I could have lots of comments on posts here today; yeah any outer axle joint I had go bad gave a indication something was up. I've had my share of lawnmower blades from people asking me to sharpen too.

Dug the stoplight out a friend gave me 20+ years ago. Time to do something with it.

    It’s not hot

A friend who’s a lineman for the local power company was doing a job one day at an intersection and they were replacing some lights. He got 2 or 3 and gave me this one.

We’ve never gotten that much back, even with two kids as dependents. Must be the way we have it set up on how much we pay in, maybe.

I pay in $15 extra state and $15 extra fed every check so it adds up. I never want to owe. Wish I didn't even have to pay them. That'd be an extra 22k in my pocket every year.
