In that model I've got the hiems all the way in to uca I'm going to slide them out a bit then ill tweak the spindle for final corretions on the bump and droop then ill start doing the bump steer ill have to have full hiemed steering with that travel. Do you have yourr truck caged I'm going to have it fully caged and would eventually like to run bitd every once in awhile

No mines not caged. All my heavy work is being done on my Dakota because nobody else is doing one. I want it to be different then everybody elses.

That looks pretty good, but it doesnt look like you have much caster built into the UCA's....

I've still got alittle bit of work to do on the spindle still with the uca back completely againt the hiems I can't adjust any of that so once I get them spaced in the program ill be able to fine tune that's just to get me in the ball park

i think i misunderstood you chris i thought you were talking camber. the upper and lower uniballs will be directly above each other and from what ive read that should be neutral castor. alot of guys say 6 deg of caster is good. but ive seen alot of rigs that are neutral caster as well so ill play with what i got and see what comes out of it

Neutral caster could probably be good for a car but for anything off-road I'd add some caster.

ill add a couple degrees of caster by sliding the upper back towards the cab since its all going to be hiemed and uniballed it shouldn't bind at all

Are you going to put some tilt on the the upper for anti-dive? It helps keep the front end up when your on the brakes

ive done alittle bit more of research on the anti dive. ive found the racing comunity to be somewhat devided about anti dive. some say use springs and compression from the shocks to counter anti dive some say build it in im still undecided about this

    Learned something new today :)

ehh screw anti-dive lol just build it even. The only reason I use it is because I'm going off stock mounts.

These guys built it even but with some built in caster
