Army Green thread: let’s keep it green!

Installed the rear USB ports this morning. Easy to do - pretty much followed @ClassyTacos install video. I went with placing the centered hole for the socket at 3.5" below the top of the rear trim piece and had plenty of clearance of the rear cup holders. It seems that the 2020s/21s use 22 ga wires to power the USB ports in the center console. Luckily, the kit I bought had T-Taps and spades for use with 22 ga wire. Tapped the two wires, used a little electrical tape just to make sure they stay secure, tested to make sure I had power and then put everything back together.

 

Took advantage of the nice weather and gave the truck a long overdue wash and added some color to the glove box.

I also had to go for the Army Green - and my license plate is a take off of the old OD Green.

Last week I helped my wife install the @KB Voodoo bars on her truck! The @Cascadia Tents looks pretty good on there!

 

Did you paint your OR wheels? Im going back and forth between painting and getting new wheels.

 

We had them powdercoated gray. Suuuper happy with them!

Nice I am looking to replace the ugly looking silver decals as well with some black and red decals like the ones on the Tundra. Will post when I get them on.

Finally upgraded the grill. I know, I know. There are many haters out there that think that the pro style grill is "over rated" or "outdated" but hey, we have to admit it looks much better!

I thought about painting the letters green to match the color of the truck but realized I like the look of the silver and how it blends in nicely with the AG.

I didn’t know the trd 4x4 sticker colour is different on diff body colour till you mentioned it

I went and checked on my cement, and it’s black and red Oem

 

Yeah, I think that most of the darker colors have the silver decals (like the Barcelona's, Blues, and Blacks).

Definitely prefer the decals on your cement (and my white Taco) much better. By the way love our long beds!
