Sigh I have to go to work today then I am off till Monday.

We are going down to the National Christmas Tree tonight then on to the tree on the west face of the Capitol. I really like doing this every year. It is sort of a DC thing to do. Ranks right up ther with going down to the Cherry Blossoms early on a Sunday morning before the touristas wake up.

 

Morning fellas. Was up working a detail yesterday, worked all last night and have court this afternoon. Not to mention that I work tonight too...who needs sleep right?

 

Yeah..I wanna go home and sleep. Today and tonight are gonna suck.

You're a cop. You can shoot stuff all day long, while on the clock. Go find a fence jumper and take a few shots.

 

The guy behind me might not mind, he flies the Marine Corps flag under the Stars and Stripes (Vietnam era, he might shoot back), but the rest of the suburbs are a bit uptight.
